Sustainable Community Leadership

If the leadership of a community is not working together in alignment to co-create a shared future, the future happens to them vs. them creating the future that they desire. Often there are polarized factions in communities due to political and other divides. It is rare to be able to plan for the future with all key aspects of the community represented.

Indiggo works with key community leaders to create a forum for all aspects of the community to participate meaningfully and authentically in envisioning the future of their community, and in doing so:

• Build the relationships that are necessary to sustain the effort of following through on their plans

• Model positive leadership 

This results in dramatic changes for a community and the creation of opportunities that could never have been possible otherwise
