Janeen Gelbart
Janeen founded and grew several international businesses. In 1984, she founded Safic, a leading pan-European importer and distributor of technology products. Following several years of presiding over Safic's triple digit growth, Janeen sold the business in 1992 and relocated to the United States. After building and running an international wholesale distribution company in North America for 8 years, Janeen chose to refocus her career to combine her passion for enabling others to fulfill their potential and
making a difference in the lives of those she works with. She currently works with board members,
senior leaders, and their teams in building senior leadership capacity in a broad range of organizations. With an educational background in psychology and communications from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, she possesses unique insights into human motivation and situational assessment that have proven to be invaluable assets in
her work. Janeen speaks Fluent English and French as well as conversational Spanish and Italian, and enjoys working in multicultural environments. Her passion for the fields of psychology and human interaction inspire her to continue learning and innovating ways to maximize human fulfillment and performance in the workplace.
Marc Inzelstein
Marc's education and subsequent business career have been centered on bridging the worlds of business and human potential. After completing a Bachelors Degree in International Management at the MBA Institute in Paris-France, Marc went on to earn a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he graduated with distinction. Following his studies, Marc launched a successful entrepreneurial career, co-founding and developing a European computer supplies distribution company as well as a leading Paris-based management consultancy. After selling his European business interests in 1996 he moved to the United States. He currently works
with senior leaders, executive teams and boards to build alignment and
effectiveness at the senior level. Marc speaks fluent English and French, as well as basic Spanish, German and Italian. He has lived and worked on several continents and enjoys being a catalyst for the discovery of common ground for people from diverse backgrounds. Throughout his
20-year career, Marc has continually focused on deepening his understanding of human potential and exploring its practical applications for fulfillment and effectiveness in the organizational world.
